Orders are shipped via Bpost from Liège, Belgium, to all European countries. All shipments include tracking, full value insurance, and are delivered against signature.
All orders ship on the first Monday of each month. You’ll receive an email notification once your order begins its journey. Delivery time: 2–10 working days, depending on the type of order and destination.

All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes to ensure safe delivery.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK SHIPPING

Each original artwork is carefully prepared, protected, fully insured, and shipped with tracked delivery to ensure it arrives safely from my studio to your space.
As original artworks are unique pieces and cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued in the event of damage during transit.
RETURNS

Orders are not exchangeable and are non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be happy to offer a replacement where applicable.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging and email them to [email protected].
I will need this information in order to file an insurance claim and process your replacement.
LOST SHIPMENTS
