Shop policies



Orders are sent via Bpost, from Liège - Belgium to all countries in Europe.

Orders ship every first Monday of the month. During November and December, orders ship every Mondays. You'll recieve a notification by email when your order begin its journey.

Please contact me immediately at [email protected] if you need your order by a specific date.

Delays : 2 - 10 working days, depending on the type of the order and destination



All works A3 format and smaller are packaged in a cardboard paper sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.

If your order includes any larger prints, your entire order will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

T-shirts and tote bags are packaged in a cardboard package.

Skateboards are packaged in a cardboard package, with protective bubble wrap.



Orders are not exhangeable, not refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.

If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to me at [email protected].

I'll need these informations in order to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order.



If you think your package has been lost in transit, please contact me at [email protected]. I’ll be able to tell you whether your order has shipped, check the tracking status, and replace the order if necessary.
